To bring items back on time. You will have to pay a charge for items brought back late. (If you are retired or receiving any benefits, you will probably be eligible for concessions.)
To be responsible for all items borrowed on your library card.
You will be charged for items that are lost or damaged.
Your library card may not be used by anyone else
What you need to bring with you
If you are 16 or over, you must provide one proof of name and address. If you are a student studying in Birmingham you will need to provide both proof of your home address and proof of your temporary address.
If you already have a library card then there's no need for you to rejoin. Your account may have expired and all you will need to do is present your existing card along with one of the proofs of identity listed below.

Items marked * must be no more than two months old.
