Based in Birmingham's Jewellery Quarter, Grace Page designs and makes contemporary jewellery, inspired by the melancholy of abandoned books and the beauty of their decaying text. Using a variety of techniques, she crafts delicately composed and elegant pieces, immortalising in each a unique and tantalising fragment from a forgotten book.
This collection was designed and made especially for the Library of Birmingham, home to one of the world's most important Shakespeare collections. Each piece immortalises a fragment of text from one of the Bard's iconic works.
